Heemburg Cafetiere is made of double lined 18-8 stainless steel to insulate the inside and in turn keep your coffee or tea piping hot for hours and warm for more! Even with hot liquid inside, the outside never gets hot or even warm to the touch unlike standard coffee presses on the market.
The Enhanced Filtration Mesh brings out the clean and complex flavours in a full-bodied brew without sediment and silt. Filter is made of fine grade stainless steel mesh to keep silt out of the coffee cup. The filter has a rubber trim to definitely trap the coffee grinds down but let the yummy coffee oils through. Coarsely ground coffee works better and won’t block the filter.
The lid locks inside the coffee press and a one click button Opens/Closes the pouring mechanism which helps keep the heat in further. The lid will never fall when you pour your coffee. No need to catch it and burn your fingers! This French Press is Spill proof (Not Leak Proof!) and if in standing position it can be transported safely.
