We select only the highest-quality beans. Then we roast them in small, weekly batches in the UK to maximise the flavour and taste in every single sip.All of our coffees, whether single origin or blended, are designed to be balanced, rich and lacking bitterness while enhancing the subtle flavours inherent in the beans.

Tip: store your coffee beans in an airtight container to maintain the coffee’s freshness and flavour.

Tip: grind the coffee beans immediately before you brew to ensure maximum flavour and a great-tasting cup of coffee.

Tip: use the right amount of coffee. As a general rule, 7 to 10 grams of ground coffee for every cup (circa 170ml) of water

Tip: we advise using water that is just off the boil, of between 90-96°CT to avoid burning your coffee
