Which Filter Should I Use?
Use disc Fine for full-body, french press style coffee or disc Superfine for a smooth, sweet cup with increased clarity, and Superfine XL for the AeroPress XL.
Brewing with CAFE CONCETTO
Try Our Recipe
4 mins total brew time. 15g freshly ground coffee, grind size medium, 220g water at 93°C.
Normal Method
Load filter into the cap and screw. Add the coffee then 30g of water to bloom, stirring gently for 30 seconds. Add remaining water, finish pouring at 1:00. Cap the AeroPress with plunger, at 3 minutes plunge slowly for 1 minute. ENJOY!
